"Pretty smooth delivery overall"
I ordered a jacket from 4tharq and, to be fair, the tracking was decent the whole way through. I got the email with the link fairly quickly, and it seemed to update whenever the parcel moved along. It was nice not having to keep checking with anyone or wonder where it had got to. It showed up around when it said it would, so all in all, no real issues. Simple experience and I’d probably order again.

I bought this jacket right before I ended up wearing it pretty much every day, which was probably the worst timing if I wanted to keep it looking new. But it’s still holding up really well. No major wear, still comfortable, and it’s been reliable for daily use...

I found what I needed quickly and didn’t run into any problems. The site was simple to get around, which I appreciated. Weirdly, I remember there was a tiny loading icon that looked like it was wobbling a little, but everything worked fine.

I had a feeling it might look darker in person than it did in the pictures, and yep, that’s pretty much what happened. It’s not terrible, just a bit too dark for what I was hoping for.

I had to send my order back and figured the refund would take forever... but it showed up in my account quickly! Didn’t have to chase anyone or deal with any hassle, which was a nice surprise. I’d definitely order again.

I was just grabbing a few things from 4th ARQ and the whole checkout process was straightforward. Nothing felt confusing and I didn’t get hit with any random last-minute fees, which I always appreciate. The shipping cost ended up being fair too, especially compared to some other sites I’ve ordered from. I’d probably shop there again.

"Packaging Was Fine, But I Felt a Bit Overlooked"
The order was packed well and nothing inside was damaged, so I was glad about that. The box did have a small dent, but thankfully everything inside was totally fine. I’m happy with the packaging overall, though I did kind of feel ignored when I had questions and didn’t really get much communication.

I had to exchange my hoodie for a different size and, to be fair, the whole process was simple. I emailed them and got a reply faster than I expected, with clear instructions on what to do. I sent the hoodie back and the new size was shipped out not long after, so I didn’t have to keep chasing anyone. Overall, it was handled well and I’d probably order from 4tharq again, though for the hassle of sending it back, I wouldn’t have minded a small discount or credit toward my next order.

I bought a fleece from 4tharq for those colder mornings and it’s actually been so warm without feeling bulky or heavy. I wore it out on a windy walk and didn’t get that usual chill at all. Delivery was straightforward too, no hassle. I’ve washed it once already and it still feels soft, so I’m happy with it and would definitely order again.

I thought the quality was decent overall, and the prices felt fair for what you get. I did reach out to support with a quick question, and they basically said something like, “Let us know if anything doesn’t look right and we’ll help out,” which was nice enough. I’d probably buy again, especially if there’s a sale going on.

"Good quality, but I was nervous after paying"
I got my order last week, and the quality is really solid. The fabric feels thick, the fit is good, and it still looked nice after I washed it. I will say I was a little unsure after paying because I didn’t have the best feeling at first and was kind of worried something might go wrong, but the order did show up and I can’t really complain about the product itself...

It fits true to size, which was a relief. I hate when you order something and suddenly the sizing is totally off, but this wasn’t like that at all. No weird tight spots, no random oversized feel, just a normal good fit. Happy with it.
